Battle Book © was founded in 2018 by Army ROTC cadets, now infantry lieutenants, with the goal of creating a personal guide to excel as a Leader and Follower at Advanced Camp. Using input from current and retired active duty Officers and NCOs, we came up with books for ourselves for 2017, 2018, and 2019 Cadet Summer Training. We update the product each year using input from current cadets and cadre. At summer training, our books were widely used by our peers during leadership rotations. We decided to improve our product and make it available to the public. Our goal in making Battle Book is simple: shape future leaders to focus on rigorous preparation and critical thinking in high stress environments.
